Former school superintendent Jim McIntyre is making $180,000 per year (paid by "unknown benefactors") to head up the "UT Leadership Academy," which sounds eerily like Teach for America except it's for principals.

Knox County Schools is funding the program to the tune of almost $1 million per year. This is raising some questions. KnoxTNToday reports:
